DESCRIPTION:Presentaion Learning day and Potluck.  All are welcome. \nSFANA is launching “NA Can Help” presentations with local EMS teams to provide first responders with Narcotics Anonymous information and helpline numbers to attract new members that have experienced an overdose.  NCDHS reported 211 overdoses treated in the ER between Jan 2024 and June 2024.  This does not include those overdoses treated by first responders that refused transport to the ER. \nWe need addicts in recovery to answer calls to help get using addicts to a meeting.  Every addict in recovery can help.  It does not take alot of time.  It is what we do to stay clean\, we help other addicts.  PR carries the message. \nIf you want to help\, get oriented and get on the helpline.
